John Curtis is a lawyer, mediator, conflict coach and 2004 Olympic athlete in Sailing. He specializes in workplace conflict. Early in his legal career, it became clear to John that mediation was a more effective method to manage conflict than the traditional legal approach. He turned his focus to helping organizations and their people resolve disagreements early.
